Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide HSE leadership to field personnel and set standards for safe behavior
  • •Ensure HSE policies and procedures are implemented consistently and understood by all employees
  • •Inspect work areas to identify unsafe acts and conditions, and advise line management on issues that cannot be immediately corrected
  • •Assist with incident investigations and report compilation, and monitor lifesaving and firefighting equipment
  • •Support emergency response including medivacs, HSES communications, unsafe-act intervention, and toolbox talks
