Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat and opportunity trigger points to support risk cost profiling and risk budget drawdown or retirement.
  • •Conduct end-to-end project risk management, including creating risk management plans and running regular risk reviews with response plans.
  • •Lead schedule and cost-effective quantitative risk assessment (QCRA & QSRA) processes and manage risk reporting for threat/opportunity status.
  • •Conduct construction stage contract and claims management, including assessing contractual claims, evaluating delay recovery measures, and supporting dispute resolution.
  • •Establish integration of risk management within program and project controls, supporting cost/schedule management, change control, and process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction projects.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a program management or program controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation techniques, and quantitative risk assessment.
