Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a team of engineers across iOS, Android, and Web, building an accountable, collaborative culture.
  • •Own mobile and web delivery end to end—from discovery through release—covering planning, sequencing, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Set technical direction for mobile and web architecture, integration patterns, and quality standards, maintaining a high delivery bar.
  • •Partner with Product and UX to shape customer-focused mobile and web experiences aligned to product strategy.
  • •Establish engineering practices for code quality, automated testing, release readiness, observability, accessibility, and performance, including responsible scaling of AI-assisted workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in computer science, engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, including native mobile, web development, or adjacent product delivery.
  • •2+ years of experience in a technical leadership, team leadership, or engineering management capacity.
  • •Strong people leadership skills to coach engineers, unblock delivery, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • •Experience with Swift, Kotlin, React, TypeScript, React Native, and Kotlin Multiplatform; experience introducing or scaling an AI-assisted workflow within a team.
