Job Summary

Provide fast, effective onsite and remote IT support for HelloFresh and BeCool teams in Auckland, keeping downtime to a minimum. Own the full lifecycle of IT hardware and manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access permissions. Create and maintain knowledge documentation, enforce endpoint protection/VPN/file-permission policies, and support the Infrastructure team with network maintenance and troubleshooting while traveling between the office and distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide fast, effective onsite and remote IT support to minimize downtime.
•Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware, including tracking, maintenance, and capacity planning.
•Own the user lifecycle by handling onboarding, offboarding, and access permissions.
•Enforce IT security policies covering endpoint protection, VPNs, and file permissions.
•Assist the Infrastructure team with maintaining and troubleshooting network systems.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in a professional IT support role with proven technical skills.
•Proficiency using Generative AI to automate workflows and improve quality governance.
•Solid knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
•Experience managing MDM solutions such as InTune, JAMF, or MobiControl.
•A strong foundation in Windows, Mac, and Android operating systems, plus network infrastructure.
