•Sell on the phone to manage and grow revenue for each account.
•Provide operational support and ensure documentation accuracy and partner approvals.
•Monitor account performance metrics and ensure compliance with operational standards.
•Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for calls and sales.
•Develop solutions aligned with company offers through effective objection handling and fast-paced decision making.

Key Requirements

•2 to 3 years experience within a client management role.
•Must be comfortable making outbound calls via digital communication tools in a 100% telesales role.
•Proficient in English; Mandarin or Cantonese knowledge is a plus (reading/writing/speaking).
•Data-sensitive with a sales mindset; comfortable using Google applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.
