Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe work practices and compliance with corporate safety policies, OSHA, and regulatory guidelines; develop and implement safety SOPs.
  • •Provide leadership to department employees on multiple shifts, assign schedules to run efficiently, and support training and Safety Committee activities.
  • •Review and coordinate repair and maintenance needs, determine parts to order, manage spare components/wear parts inventory, and plan major projects with manpower and downtime.
  • •Maintain inventory and quality control by ensuring processing/storage aligns with internal controls and coordinating on off-spec materials to prevent downgrades/claims.
  • •Prepare and monitor production reports and implement operational goals based on monthly projections, supporting budgeting and capital expenditure justification as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •5-10 years of manufacturing work experience with 2-5 years of managerial experience.
