Operational Excellence Training Lead

Deploy on-the-job technical training to support employee and workforce development, including onboarding, cross-training, trainer certification, and CI-focused classes. Lead training program administration by managing systems, records, materials, and curricula, and ensure effective use of MES training verification tools. Use audits, standard work assessments, data analysis, and curriculum reviews to eliminate waste and improve training workflows, while tracking training metrics and sustaining improvements.
