Job Summary

Serve as a client-facing advisor within the AI go-to-market organization, identifying AI transformation opportunities and translating them into value cases, operating models, and adoption roadmaps. Lead structured consulting engagements—workshops, assessments, and executive-ready materials—then support opportunity qualification, deal shaping, and transition into delivery. Partner across AI architects, engineering, delivery, sellers, and ecosystem teams to mobilize qualified AI engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to identify AI transformation opportunities, business pain points, and value cases.
•Shape AI strategy, target operating model, governance, adoption, responsible AI, and transformation roadmaps for clients.
•Translate client needs into practical AI solutions in partnership with architects, forward-deployed engineering, delivery, and partner teams.
•Develop proposals, business cases, ROI models, proof-of-concept plans, and executive-ready client materials.
•Lead structured consulting activities (workshops, stakeholder interviews, assessments, prioritization, roadmap development) and support opportunity qualification and transition into delivery.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, AI/data/analytics, or related client-facing roles.
•4+ years shaping or delivering AI, data science, machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
•4+ years demonstrating strategy acumen (business model analysis, operating model design, value case development, transformation planning, executive narrative).
•4+ years supporting presales activities such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, business case creation, or deal reviews.
•5+ years of enterprise AI knowledge including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, ML lifecycle, data readiness, responsible AI, governance, and adoption considerations.
