Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and administer the systems requirements database in Arsenal OS, enforcing standards for requirement authoring, structure, and metadata.
  • •Maintain bidirectional traceability from top-level customer specifications down to component specifications, including parent-child and interface requirements.
  • •Partner with the Test Development Manager to define verification methods for every requirement via VCRM and ensure verification planning aligns with milestones.
  • •Manage requirements baseline changes through formal change management, evaluating impacts to schedule, cost, design, and verification scope.
  • •Approve and release system/subsystem requirements specifications and represent the requirements discipline in technical reviews and change control boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in systems engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • •4+ years (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior) experience in systems engineering, requirements management, or verification/validation on complex hardware programs.
  • •Proficiency with requirements management tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Cameo, Teamcenter).
  • •Strong knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle processes including requirements decomposition, interface definition, traceability analysis, and formal change control.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled access.
