Chef de projet client senior / Senior Client Project Manager

Own key client relationships from successful sale through installation and into algorithm deployment for BrainBox AI. Serve as the main point of contact, delivering value with a consistent project cadence, managing expectations using client outcomes and engagement metrics, and supporting onboarding, training, monitoring, and post-install services. Collaborate with cross-functional onboarding and integration teams to optimize solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide product/service feedback, while helping clients become advocates.
