Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the execution plan for SoC and platform bring-up from early prototypes through high-volume production, including success criteria and status tracking.
  • •Drive the end-to-end platform Linux software roadmap by defining deliverables, prioritizing work, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring timely execution.
  • •Develop, build, and debug low-level Linux system software for edge AI SoCs and boards, including bootloaders, firmware, BSPs, kernel, and device drivers.
  • •Act as the technical program owner by running execution/bring-up reviews, tracking risks/issues, maintaining schedules, and communicating critical status.
  • •Develop factory test and provisioning software, automation, and diagnostic tools; analyze lab/factory/field logs to improve platform stability, yield, and field quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant software development experience in system/embedded software.
  • •Demonstrated technical lead experience managing SoC or complex board/platform bring-up across multiple hardware revisions or platforms.
  • •Expert Linux system and kernel development skills, including strong C/C++ and experience with kernel, device drivers, BSPs, and embedded boot sequence.
  • •Deep understanding of CPU/SoC architectures, memory/power subsystems, and high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR).
  • •Experience with embedded/edge debugging and factory/manufacturing support, including automation for tests and provisioning flows (ATE, system-level tests).
