Job Summary

Serve KeyBank’s Mass Affluent clients by delivering investment solutions for new and existing relationships and uncovering full financial wellness opportunities. Grow and expand client relationships with investable-asset-focused prospecting and a consultative sales process using assessment tools. Partner closely with branch managers and centers of influence, meet sales production/referral goals, and coordinate investment product delivery and coaching within assigned branch(es).

Key Responsibilities

•Grow new clients and expand existing relationships for clients with more than $50,000 in investable assets, targeting prospects with $250,000 to $2 million.
•Lead holistic Financial Wellness conversations and complete comprehensive financial plans to identify investment and banking relationship growth opportunities.
•Use a consultative sales process and assessment tools to deliver needs-based financial solutions and cross-sell with banking center staff.
•Achieve sales production and referral goals by managing a book of business, using lead lists, and closing received referrals.
•Coordinate investment product delivery in assigned branch(es), including coaching and mentoring branch personnel and developing a Center of Influence strategy.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,400 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required).
•FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire (required).
•FINRA License S7 upon hire (required).
•FINRA License S66 or S63 and 65 upon hire (required).
•Resident state insurance licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) upon hire (required).
