Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical construction governance for semiconductor fab and cleanroom mechanical systems, including design compliance and safe installation/commissioning.
  • •Review and approve mechanical design packages, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure adherence to global standards and contamination-control requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Electrical, I&C, Process, CSA, and tool-hookup teams; resolve site engineering issues and cross-discipline conflicts.
  • •Lead change management for RFIs, deviations, and field changes, evaluating impacts to system performance, cleanroom conditions, safety, cost, and schedule.
  • •Own mechanical readiness for cleanroom blowdown/pressurization stages and ensure RFE/RFM milestone achievement through commissioning and handover to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • •At least 5–12 years of mechanical engineering experience in semiconductor fab, cleanroom, or high-tech industrial projects.
  • •Proven experience leading cleanroom HVAC, exhaust, and utility systems through commissioning and handover.
  • •Strong understanding of contamination control principles.
  • •Ability to provide technical leadership and coordinate mechanical work to achieve compliance with cleanroom and facilities mechanical standards.
