Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Experience delivering in a regulated industry where change control, audit trails, and examination readiness constrain how software ships.
  • •Hands-on background in the team’s core stack, including Terraform and Ansible, Python or PowerShell scripting, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
  • •Working knowledge of hybrid infrastructure (at least one major cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus on-premises virtualization such as vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix AHV, or Hyper-V).
