Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations across GTM workflows such as lead routing/scoring, account enrichment, sequencing, outbound support, deal support, and lifecycle signals.
•Own and extend core parts of Salesforce and GTM systems architecture with the GTM Engineering team.
•Contribute to Salesforce governance and DevOps hygiene to keep the stack secure, reliable, and audit-ready.
•Partner with the PAE team on the GTM data layer using tools like Snowflake, Hightouch, Fivetran, and Airflow so lifecycle signals trigger the right actions.
•Set up evals, monitoring, and guardrails so AI capabilities are observable, reversible, and measured against business metrics like pipeline influenced or rep time saved.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years building automation, integrations, or tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or Business Systems context with production systems you operate.
•Hands-on Salesforce experience including declarative work and Apex/SOQL, plus familiarity with the modern GTM stack (ETL, reverse ETL, Snowflake, Clay, Gong, GitHub).
•Production experience with integration/automation tooling such as Workato, Zapier, n8n, or similar iPaaS/MCP/agent-builder platforms.
•Working fluency with AI tooling including LLM APIs, agent/orchestration frameworks, and prompting for agent-driven workflows.
•Comfort with SQL and enough Python or scripting to build and debug pipelines and integrations.
