Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with maintaining the department calendar, booking meeting rooms, and communicating schedule changes.
  • •Ensure proper preparation for meetings and reviews.
  • •Record and share meeting/review notes that accurately reflect action items and priorities.
  • •Assist in tracking department work inputs/outputs in the studio’s database to learn the department’s pipeline.
  • •Help distribute and collect timecards and follow the Tutor’s guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (Monday–Friday, 35h/week).
  • •Must be currently enrolled in the last year of an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
  • •Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • •Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology, with a strong focus on the Production field.
  • •Good team player with high English level; Spanish is desirable.
