AI Agentic Engineer

Design, build, and continuously evaluate AI agents and automation workflows that improve Docusign’s IT operations for employees on the End User Services team. Create agent prompt and tool structures, help deploy solutions that resolve or triage common IT tickets, and connect systems like ServiceNow, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Use an “OOTB first” approach, building custom integrations with Python/REST APIs and applying Zero Trust least-privilege principles.
