Job Summary

Join the UK Cybersecurity Team as a cyber integration lead, partnering with UK Technology and Business teams to align cybersecurity strategy and delivery to UK regulatory and compliance needs. You’ll consolidate UK cybersecurity requirements, provide security input from concept to launch, and embed secure-by-design outcomes with architecture and engineering. Own oversight of risk profile, incidents, control effectiveness, and regulator-facing risk reporting, while championing automation and engineering-led cyber delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a key cyber integration contact for the UK business/region to shape cyber priorities aligned to customer and growth strategy.
•Consolidate UK cybersecurity requirements and contribute to annual planning and relevant global cyber initiatives.
•Provide security input to UK initiatives from concept to launch, removing delivery roadblocks and prioritising cyber effort.
•Work with architecture/engineering and delivery teams to embed secure-by-design outcomes, including support to M&A activity where required.
•Maintain oversight of risk profile, incidents, and control effectiveness; contribute to risk forums/governance updates and track cyber issues to closure, including audits/MSIIs.

•Strong working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience and one or more professional certifications (e.g., CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC) or progress towards them.
•Senior stakeholder communication skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders and explain security risk and control decisions in practical business terms.
