Key Responsibilities

•Proactively engage with internal teams in strategic planning and manage a consulting sales pipeline against a $2–3M annual sales target.
•Sell consulting engagements and help identify opportunities with issuers and credit union partners, contributing to closing deals.
•Lead consulting project work by defining timelines, resources, and SMEs aligned to business initiative addenda/Statements of Work.
•Develop frameworks, solutions, and recommendations supported by analysis of large datasets to improve client performance across profitability, growth, and customer experience.
•Build scalable solutions, toolkits, best-practice documents, and consulting approaches that can be applied across the VCA practice.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD, or 2 years with a PhD).
•Relevant experience at a large management consulting firm or a U.S. financial institution.
•Strong analytical/quantitative background and experience using financial indicators to measure business performance and ROI.
•Knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products/services, business systems and processes, and card issuing experience.
•Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
