Develop and maintain wire harness detail designs to support mechanical design, manufacturing, and installation of wire harness products. Coordinate with cross-functional software, hardware, and test engineering teams to establish system and mechanical requirements, validate functional integrity using analytical methods, and guide integration through design reviews and troubleshooting. Join a small wire harness engineering team, mentor early-career engineers, and provide technical support and training to internal and government customers while maintaining security and configuration management compliance.
