Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily retail operations across cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
