Job Summary

Support U.S.-based Corporate HR in a Global Shared Services model, handling high-volume HR admin tasks, TA support, data management, and confidential personnel information in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Based in Buenos Aires, you’ll partner with U.S. HR teams, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accurate HR data and processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Talent Acquisition support: support a range of TA activities including candidate sourcing, drafting offer letters, assisting with background checks, and managing ad hoc job postings; maintain employer branding platforms and provide weekly reporting.
•HR Administration support: assist with employment and remote verification requests, data change transactions, HR data audits, personnel file administration, new hire/rehire processing, and offboarding processes.
•Follow standardized processes while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines and handle confidential information with discretion.
•Interact with U.S.-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
•Manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing based on urgency and SLAs; utilize Microsoft Office tools and HR systems effectively.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•1–3 years of experience in HR administration, shared services, or operational support roles.

•Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes or working in a shared services environment is strongly preferred.
•Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
