Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with site manufacturing and engineering teams to identify automation gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • •Analyze process flows, product movement, equipment layouts, and operator assignments to uncover labor inefficiencies.
  • •Design and implement automation solutions by benchmarking, working with vendors, and selecting suppliers using decision-making analysis tools.
  • •Plan and manage automation project scope, budget, and timelines, then lead implementation through production release.
  • •Define test conditions, oversee operational/functional/performance phases, analyze test data, and prepare technical reports while maintaining vendor collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and JMP.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry (plus: interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron).
