Senior Human Resources Generalist

Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, supporting strategic initiatives across the AFNA organization while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and employee relations through data-informed recommendations and strong business partnerships. Manage HRIS/payroll transactions and reporting, lead recruiting and onboarding, coordinate training and career programs, and continuously improve HR processes and employee wellbeing.
