Key Responsibilities

•Perform optical design, tolerancing and modeling using CodeV and Zemax.
•Conduct physical optics simulations (wave propagation, coherence, polarization) in MATLAB and FRED or equivalent tools.
•Build and align complex optical sensors using mechanical collimation and interferometry techniques.
•Work with optical devices and sensors (objectives, relays, fibers, cameras, detectors) across projects.
•Collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and project milestones.

•Currently pursuing a degree in optical engineering or closely related areas of engineering and physics; preference for a Master’s or Ph.D.
