Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a complete shopping experience for customers, including customer service, product knowledge, and educating yourself about the culture and history of the brand.
  • •Greet customers promptly and courteously, direct them through the store, satisfy needs and queries, and work to grow the customer base.
  • •Operate cash tills, understand and utilize reports, and follow correct procedures for ordering and transferring goods while upholding safety and loss-prevention practices.
  • •Maintain store cleanliness and organization, manage housekeeping tasks, and ensure stock is organized and displayed according to guidelines.
  • •Regularly check stock levels, ensure featured merchandise is prominently displayed, and uphold store visuals and customer service standards.
