Lead and oversee technicians, communicate with the team, and maintain strict OHSE/Clean compliance including PPE and hazardous waste handling.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and adjust the gluer machine, troubleshoot, and monitor production to produce packaging that meets customer specifications.
•Perform make-ready tasks (feeding, take over/inverting of blanks, setting loading and blank heights) to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
•Resolve defects and adjustments, clear jams during processing, and maintain speed and product quality.
•Ensure job quality through reviews for accuracy and completeness, including checklists and customer expectation targets.
•Oversee general technicians and support compliance with OHSE and Clean policies, including PPE and hazardous material/waste handling.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED).

•Basic computer and math skills to compute percentages, weights, and measures.
