Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute cost accounting transactions for the US/CAN business with accurate, properly stated inventory accounting.
  • •Review daily inventory adjustments and prepare monthly external location inventory reconciliations.
  • •Investigate, clarify, and correct reconciliation differences while communicating with internal and external parties.
  • •Prepare monthly account reconciliations and book required journal entries to ensure accurate recording and compliance.
  • •Support month-end/year-end closing, assist with physical inventory audits when necessary, and lead process/system improvements for reporting quality and efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •0 to 4 years of significant experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or auditing in manufacturing entities within a multinational/public company environment.
  • •Advanced English language skills required.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (Business Administration or Finance).
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Macros required) and strong MS Office skills, including high database analysis and manipulation.
  • •Prior manufacturing experience with knowledge of cost accounting structures and inventory reconciliations (SAP experience is a plus).
