Plant Operator/Maintenance (Springfield, MO, US, 65802)

Operate and maintain asphalt plant equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform daily safety checks, operate a front-end wheel loader and plant systems, and support plant operations and compliance with environmental regulations. In addition, you’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy equipment and perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, welding, and component replacements, while coordinating daily tasks with the onsite foreman.
