Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead from the front as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class prospecting and qualification.
  • •Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team building qualified European pipeline.
  • •Build and evolve the European BDR playbook, including ICP, competitive positioning, qualification, and handoff standards.
  • •Create and refine collateral such as messaging, sequences, call scripts, discovery frameworks, and objection handling.
  • •Set activity, conversion, and pipeline goals and use data and coaching to improve team performance, partnering with AEs and cross-functional leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of quota-carrying sales experience as an IC with a history of consistent quota over-attainment.
