Key Responsibilities

•Build a strong system engineering team from scratch in Shenzhen, including lab setup.
•Lead Shenzhen CGSE team's development and operations to proactively collaborate with China partners to enable comprehensive PC components, such as memory, storage, Wi‑Fi, USB re-timer, EC, etc.
•Lead Shenzhen CGSE team's development and operations to collaborate with China partners/customers to define or joint-develop the ODM reference boards/systems within aggressive schedule and build strong relationships with AMD partners/customers.
•Advocate AMD execution culture and lead the team to figure out innovative solutions relentlessly to overcome challenges.
•Collaborate with CGSE global team, especially SRDC team to align the team’s development strategy, training plan, execution culture, priority call, etc.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 696,990 - 995,700 annually
