Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the EU Sales team and delivery teams to provide technical support during customer calls, architecture reviews, and solution definition.
  • •Plan, manage, and execute on-site installations and integrations of multi-product C-UAS systems.
  • •Serve as the primary technical point of contact for diagnostics, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and maintenance.
  • •Conduct validation tests for new hardware and software versions and provide feedback to engineering.
  • •Train operators and maintenance personnel, and document and escalate field feedback to support product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering or a comparable technical or quantitative field (preferred).
  • •Experience as a Field Service Engineer providing direct technical support to customers and working with engineering teams.
  • •Experience with network equipment (required).
  • •Working knowledge of the Linux operating system (required).
  • •Experience testing complex systems; radiofrequency/telecommunications/electronic warfare experience is a strong plus.
