  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure all positions are filled before start-up, oversee team member exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, and provide encouragement to build the best team.
  • •Ensure machinery performs to the highest standards and that all workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Ensure accurate shipments, rotation of inventory, proper coding of products, and keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety daily through monthly safety meetings and oversee various processing operations while working with other supervisors to solve problems.
