Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions using the company value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, build appointment pipelines, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
  • •Drive cross-selling to existing customers and perform outside sales activities such as presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Serve as a member of the platform staff by processing teller transactions, participating in loan/bankcard processes, and following risk/compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Successful registration for S.A.F.E. Act through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
