Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customer support on a Well Log Data Management project using AspenTech’s Formation Evaluation software
•Collect and consolidate well data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
•Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of well log data through detailed review and validation with data providers
•Oversee and validate petrophysical work, ensuring technical accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with project objectives
•Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and documentation to senior management and Customers

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geology, Petrophysics, Geosciences, Earth Sciences or related discipline
•15+ years of industry experience as a Geologist, Petrophysicist, Well log Analyst or Geoscientist in the oil and gas industry
•Experience in well log data management (Well log conditioning, Splicing, QA/QC)
•Hands-on experience with AspenTech Formation Evaluation software (Aspen Geolog) and/or other petrophysical applications (PowerLog, Techlog, DecisionSpace Petrophysics, Interactive Petrophysics)
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a customer-first mindset
