Job Summary

Support the Global Business Solutions (GBS) team’s revenue and campaign performance by producing custom reports and analyzing results. Present data-driven insights to help guide campaign strategy, and assist Brand Partnership Managers with allowlisting ad accounts and campaign URLs for product testing. Help coordinate internal alignment around product hitlists, track approvals and task follow-ups, and support deal execution by preparing quotes, documents, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Use internal tools to create visual queries, generate custom reports, and analyze campaign performance to support revenue reporting.
•Present insights and trends from data to help guide campaign strategy.
•Assist Brand Partnership Managers with allowlisting ad accounts and campaign URLs for alpha and beta product testing, including tracking status and timely approvals.
•Shadow client meetings, take meeting minutes, maintain the team calendar, and support task tracking and follow-ups for the Team Lead.
•Coordinate internal product hitlists, submit hitlist requests for new product testing, and assist with reservation quotes, deal execution materials, and vendor coordination for events.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
•Fluent English speaker with working proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese teams and global clients.
•Ability to start as soon as possible, work under RTO4 arrangement, and stay for at least six months.
•Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
•Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with BI tools or SQL is preferred.
