Job Summary

Support multiple projects by managing and preparing project deliverables and related documentation for OCCAR and eurosam. Create and maintain tracking databases for S&E, MLU Horizon, and Danemark deliverables (including CADR references), ensure signature and delivery workflows are executed, and notify subcontractors about received CADR. Maintain a shared drive with Naviris and OCCAR for the MLU Horizon contract under the Chief of Bureau.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare letters to send deliverables to OCCAR.
•Prepare CD-ROMs for deliverables produced by eurosam.
•For each contractual delivery received, create a reading sheet and ensure signature workflow and delivery to OCCAR.
•Initialize and keep up to date the deliverables tracking database for S&E, MLU Horizon, and Danemark (including CADR references received).
•Work with Naviris to maintain the shared drive with Naviris and OCCAR under the MLU Horizon contract and notify subcontractors of received CADR.

Key Requirements

•5+ years degree (bac+5)
•Experience in project management and/or Project Control
•Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
•Knowledge of document management practices and deliverables tracking
•Ability to create, maintain, and operate follow-up databases with strong organization and rigor
