Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform risk-based assurance of technology changes (standard/normal/emergency) across RCT services to ensure changes are safe, controlled, and compliant.
  • •Conduct quality reviews of change records for completeness and evidence, including scope, risk/impact, test evidence, implementation steps, monitoring, rollback/backout, approvals, and communications.
  • •Act as a quality gate for CAB/eCAB by validating readiness, highlighting key risks, and ensuring decisions and rationale are properly documented.
  • •Constructively challenge and escalate when risk assessment or mitigations are weak, ensuring accountable owners close gaps before implementation.
  • •Analyse change outcomes and incidents, coordinate post-implementation reviews, and drive continuous improvement of change governance and tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of experience in IT Service Management/Change Management/Change Assurance in a large enterprise environment, ideally regulated/financial services.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement and related ITSM processes (incident, problem, release/deployment coordination, service operations basics).
  • •Ability to perform risk-based reviews of change records, including impact/dependencies, testing evidence, implementation/validation steps, and monitoring.
  • •Experience using an ITSM toolset (preferably ServiceNow) for change workflow management, quality checks, and reporting.
  • •Ability to produce clear, traceable, audit-ready documentation for technology risk, controls, and audit evidence expectations.
