Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead the production front line by overseeing the full manufacturing process, tracking yields, and making real-time adjustments to meet targets for safety, quality, and USDA requirements. Supervise and train hourly employees during your shift, ensuring Food Safety and Food Quality plans are followed (including lock-out/tag-out) and compliance with HACCP. Drive operational efficiency by analyzing yields and variances, improving workflows to minimize downtime and costs, and supporting continuous improvement through performance metrics.
