Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise in-service radar GM technical facts: analyze field returns (failures, anomalies, improvement requests) and coordinate with product engineering or domain experts for complex questions.
•Ensure availability and reliability: define and implement action plans to maintain performance, update maintenance documentation, and propose minor functional evolutions.
•Propose product evolutions based on real-world technical data and argue these proposals to stakeholders.
•Ensure coherence between product roadmap, support roadmap, and customer solutions; share knowledge in reference bases.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and occasionally travel to client meetings for technical briefings and project reviews.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's/Master's degree (BAC+5) with a background in technical support or engineering relevant to radar or military systems.
•Significant experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems, ideally in radar or defense systems.
•Knowledge of availability, reliability and lifecycle management (MCO) of in-service products.
•Experience leading investigations and guiding technical analyses across hardware, software interactions, and maintenance activities.
•Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team and manage urgent issues while maintaining strategic product lifecycle vision.
