Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
  • •Provide estimating, cost planning, and commercial management, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and contribute to design-team and contractor development of project cost estimates.
  • •Reconcile changes and validate quantity and pricing information with contractors and subcontractors.
  • •Prepare written executive summaries and monthly cost reports, support cost checks/valuations/forecasting, and ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed timely.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls in the construction industry.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical and data center or similarly complex environments.
  • •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred; RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating, procurement strategies, value management/value engineering, and change management, with excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
