Senior Commercial Counsel

Own end-to-end commercial agreements that support Column’s bank and technology platform, including payments, money movement, and banking partnerships. Build scalable contract templates and legal playbooks, lead complex negotiations with fintechs and enterprise customers, and partner with Sales & Partnerships, Risk, and Compliance to align deal strategy with regulatory requirements. As the fourth member of the in-house Legal team, also support research, product/regulatory advice, exam management, subpoenas, and governance materials.
