Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement maintenance priorities by interfacing daily with the Maintenance Manager and participating in daily pre-shift safety meetings.
  • •Provide timely maintenance support to the assigned production shift to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • •Safely perform skilled/semi-skilled maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair of facility production equipment, support equipment, and structures.
  • •Use CMMS to schedule, track, and log work orders, and use the JDE system/scanner to sign out parts from the parts room.
  • •Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed, train other technicians, order parts/materials for PMs/projects, and complete required paperwork and filing.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and/or training or equivalent, with working knowledge of electrical systems (advanced electrical knowledge highly desired).
  • •Developed mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics skills, including experience with hand and power tools.
  • •Knowledge of machinery used in flexographic printing and blown film manufacturing is highly desired.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and operating/maintenance instructions.
  • •Strong communication, problem identification/resolution, independent judgment, and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
