Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Secrets Manager roadmap and strategy, defining vision and quarterly commitments and prioritization decisions.
  • •Run continuous customer discovery with developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams, synthesizing signals from issues, forums, and support data.
  • •Create PRDs, PR/FAQs, and strategy narratives, and present decision-making thinking to executives, customers, and leadership.
  • •Partner with the Product Owner to hand off well-framed problems and unblock scoping decisions while aligning on delivery.
  • •Own the developer experience across SDKs, CLI, Kubernetes operator, Terraform provider, CI/CD integrations, and platform APIs; shape how agentic credential access appears for developers and ensure auditability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management with meaningful experience owning developer-facing, DevOps, or infrastructure products.
  • •Technical depth to read API documentation, SDK specs, and architecture diagrams, with working familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • •Security-first orientation around authentication/authorization, access policies, audit logging, and credential lifecycle (secrets/PAM/identity background is a plus).
  • •Demonstrated strategic ownership of roadmaps and the ability to make hard prioritization calls while working with a delivery partner.
  • •Practical AI-native working style using AI tools for research, spec writing, competitive analysis, and prototyping (Anthropic Claude preferred).
