Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and scale customer-facing platform services end-to-end, from greenfield 0-to-1 projects to scaling systems with growing production traffic
  • •Serve as subject matter expert on edge software and review agent architectures to guide inflight designs and system-level operation
  • •Develop lightweight, reliable agents deployed on customer VMs with low CPU/memory footprint and robust observability
  • •Instrument low-level system metrics using Linux kernel metrics and eBPF to power monitoring and telemetry pipelines
  • •Own agent packaging and deployment via Helm charts for consistent delivery across customer environments
