•Design, build, and scale customer-facing platform services end-to-end, from greenfield 0-to-1 projects to scaling systems with growing production traffic
•Serve as subject matter expert on edge software and review agent architectures to guide inflight designs and system-level operation
•Develop lightweight, reliable agents deployed on customer VMs with low CPU/memory footprint and robust observability
•Instrument low-level system metrics using Linux kernel metrics and eBPF to power monitoring and telemetry pipelines
•Own agent packaging and deployment via Helm charts for consistent delivery across customer environments

Key Requirements

•Experience instrumenting low-level system metrics (Linux kernel metrics, procfs) and eBPF
•Strong knowledge of Kubernetes internals and deploying workloads via Helm charts
•On-call experience on a customer-facing team and a proactive approach to monitoring, alerting, and tooling improvements
•Ability to design scalable, crash-safe systems with low resource footprints and to guide architecture decisions at scale
