Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and goals. Provide an excellent client experience through proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and guidance on deposit and loan products, including digital and self-service options. Collaborate with branch teams, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while leveraging tools and resources for operational excellence and accuracy.
