Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate SBA and government-guaranteed loan approvals, packaging credit requests for agency (SBA) approval, and manage loan closing and funding.
  • •Maintain well-organized loan files for internal and external audits and ensure required documentation is complete and compliant.
  • •Review and approve borrower/submitted documentation for eligibility requirements (e.g., equity injections, eligible use of proceeds, lease agreements, landlord waivers).
  • •Maintain SBA loan portfolio reporting requirements to specific agencies and ensure 1502 reporting is completed.
  • •Provide technical assistance and training to internal partners and interface with borrowers to secure acceptance of SBA loan terms and conditions.
