Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise operators and contractors as needed and provide technical interpretation and compliance recommendations for environmental permit requirements.
  • •Oversee projects from start to completion, including scope, budget, schedule, onsite activities, communications with client/regulators, and site closure.
  • •Manage groundwater water quality, stormwater, and air quality permitting and compliance reporting, including EPA Class III UIC and ADEQ Aquifer Protection Permit.
  • •Conduct sampling and data collection (air, water, groundwater, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous/solid waste, and soil) and evaluate results for compliance.
  • •Design, implement, and audit environmental management systems; support incident investigations; compile reports and manage documentation renewals and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering (or related discipline).
  • •Minimum 7 years of full-time environmental compliance and professional environmental experience.
  • •Experience navigating TSCA, NEPA, EPCRA, CWA, CAA, CERCLA, RCRA, and/or SDWA and related regulations.
  • •Knowledge and ability to manage groundwater water quality, stormwater, and air quality permitting, compliance schedules, and reporting.
  • •Strong ability to analyze environmental test results/laboratory data and maintain documentation and reporting requirements.
