Operations Manager

Lead day-to-day operations for used-vehicle marketplace activities, ensuring retention initiatives run smoothly and performance is tracked through regular reporting and data analysis. Manage and mentor Team Leaders, drive continuous process improvements with Process Excellence, and coordinate training completion and SOP updates with Training and Quality. Serve as a key escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, partner with onshore teams to meet KPI/SLA targets, and support the Director of Operations with operations strategy deployment and monitoring.
