Lead end-to-end HR for a Food & Beverage organization in Riyadh, building HR strategies that align with business goals. Own recruitment and onboarding across all levels, manage performance appraisal, and drive employee relations to resolve issues and improve culture. Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, administer compensation and benefits, and assess training needs for customer service, food safety, and operational excellence. Provide HR metrics and decision support to management.
